Indexing Services
At Caber Byte, document indexing is a technique of marking and associating indexes text to make searching easier. Indexing is a terrific strategy but a difficult procedure, despite how simple it sounds. Without the use of effective technologies, indexing after document scanning or imaging could be a nightmare. OCR/ICR

The issue here is how to index documents without a clear structure. In addition to offering full-text OCR search capabilities, using OCR aids in indexing numerical data such as account numbers that solve the aforementioned issue.
Keying

Since keying is a major issue, manual skills are needed to solve it. Double key verification allows for 100% accuracy. In the event of a mismatch, two operators are prompted to fix the issue after entering the identical problem.
